Shipping Overview
At MAGIC HOMMOOD, we strive to deliver your order quickly and safely. We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs. All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Catlettsburg, Kentucky.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
- Standard Orders: 1-2 business days processing
- Custom Orders: 3-5 business days processing
- Bulk Orders: 5-7 business days processing

We offer several shipping options to accommodate your timeline and budget:

Free Shipping Promotion
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the continental United States. This promotion:
- Applies automatically at checkout when order total exceeds $75
- Valid for standard shipping only (5-7 business days)
- Cannot be combined with other shipping discounts
- Applies to the 48 contiguous United States only
Domestic Shipping
We ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please note:
- Continental US: All shipping options available
- Alaska & Hawaii: Additional 3-5 days for delivery; expedited and express options may be limited
- PO Boxes: We can ship to PO Boxes via USPS only
- Military Addresses (APO/FPO): Standard shipping available; delivery times vary
International Shipping
Currently, we ship to select international destinations. International orders are subject to:
- Customs duties, taxes, and fees (customer responsibility)
- Longer delivery times (typically 10-21 business days)
- Potential customs delays beyond our control
- Different return and exchange policies
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- Email notification with tracking number
- Link to carrier's tracking page
- Estimated delivery date
- Updates on delivery status
You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any delivery issues, please contact us immediately at support@magichommood.com. Common issues we can help resolve include:
- Package marked as delivered but not received
- Damaged package upon delivery
- Delayed shipment beyond estimated delivery date
- Incorrect shipping address (must be corrected within 24 hours of order placement)
Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to:
- Countries under US trade embargo
- Locations where our products are prohibited by local law
- Freight forwarding addresses (in most cases)
Delivery Signature Requirements
For high-value orders (over $300), a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure security. If no one is available to sign:
- Carrier will leave a delivery notice
- Package can be picked up at local carrier facility
- Redelivery can be scheduled
- Alternative delivery instructions can be provided through carrier website
Lost or Stolen Packages
MAGIC HOMMOOD is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. However, we want to help:
- Contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery if package is missing
- We will file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf
- Provide any available documentation (photos, police reports) for insurance claims
- We may offer a replacement at our discretion pending investigation
Weather and Natural Disasters
Shipping may be delayed due to severe weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will:
- Monitor all active shipments for weather-related delays
- Notify affected customers via email
- Provide updated delivery estimates as information becomes available
- Work with carriers to expedite delivery once conditions improve
Holidays and Peak Seasons
During holidays and peak shopping seasons, processing and delivery times may be extended. We recommend:
- Ordering early to ensure timely delivery
- Choosing expedited shipping for time-sensitive orders
- Checking our website for holiday shipping deadlines
- Allowing extra time for delivery during November and December
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you need to update your address:
- Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order
- We will attempt to update the address if the order has not yet shipped
- Once shipped, address changes must be made through the carrier
- Address correction fees charged by carriers are the customer's responsibility
