At MAGIC HOMMOOD, we stand behind the quality of our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a comprehensive refund and return policy.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Items Eligible for Return
The following items can be returned for a full refund or exchange:
- Hammocks in unused condition with original packaging
- Unopened mounting systems and hardware
- Accessories that have not been installed or used
- Defective or damaged products regardless of use
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Products that show signs of installation or use
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Custom or personalized orders
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@magichommood.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Processing typically takes 5-10 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will:
- Arrange for a free return shipping label
- Send a replacement product at no charge
- Issue a full refund if a replacement is not available
- Process your claim within 24-48 hours
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return:
- Defective or damaged items: We provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
- Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Wrong item sent: We cover all return shipping and send correct item free of charge
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your credit card company as processing times vary
- Contact your bank as there may be processing delays

Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Items with obvious signs of use or installation
- Items not in original condition or with missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Restocking Fees
MAGIC HOMMOOD does not charge restocking fees for standard returns. However, custom or special order items that are returned may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
